OK so after fully reformating, Installed Eve first thing before anything else and It worked just fine. IDK maybe the client screwed something up in my computer. It sucks that I had to completely reformat to get this game to work. :[

I cant even repair. Like you i can launch eve the old way and see the login screen, It tells me "the update has been downloaded, the client will now close and begin the update process" click ok once i click ok it starts installing the launcher ...
